Ambassador Court, Musselburgh, East Lothian

Just like its close neighbour Loretto School, our development in Musselburgh, East Lothian, was built round the ideals of excellence, quality and achievement. Set among landscaped gardens in a secluded area just off the historic High Street, it was made up of 20 two-bedroom apartments.

The new build element extends over three levels, with five apartments on each floor in five distinct layouts. There are a further five loft-style designs on the third floor. However, the development also featured three unusual flats in a 19th Century restoration building, facing out over the High Street.

All the properties offered en suite bathrooms with the master bedroom and many had south facing living rooms, with patio-style windows and ornamental balconies. The new build apartments were fitted with the latest in kitchen design and integrated Smeg stainless steel appliances. All the apartments were designed to offer ample storage, Swedish triple glazing, gas central heating and a dedicated parking space.

Like all other Treetops developments, this was an excellent example of our location finding skills offering a sanctuary despite its town centre situation. Moreover, Musselburgh has the best of both worlds – easy access to the glorious East Lothian yet just six miles from the bustling Scottish capital.
